we're proud to tell that we found the missing link between our fans, who prefer to buy CDs and those, who like to download their favorite songs via iTunes or similar shops.
One of the most missing points of the download shops is the artwork of the albums. Booklet, inlay card and cover are important parts of the layout of an album, so we decided to create a complete new download portal, featuring a bunch of new ideas to satisfy the fan! The name of the shop: BANDCAMP
1.) In addition to the download of an album, you'll get the complete artwork of the album in high-resolution for free! At some albums, there will be bonus material like videos and photos for free as well, simply check it out.
2.) The bit rate of the songs is 320 kb/sec., the highest resolution a MP3 song can offer. You can convert the songs to an audio CD without losing audio quality. The songs are DRM-free, so you can use the songs in any way you like.
3.) You name the price you like to pay for a single song or a complete DOMAIN album! There's a minimum price we need, but feel free to pay as much or as less as you think the music's worth it.
4.) You can prelisten the whole song or album! Not just 30 seconds ripped off right in the middle of the song, no, listen the whole song through and decide if you like it or not!
5.) We got all albums of the last 10 years online plus the very special Best-Of album "The Essence Of Glory", containing the very big hits of the Mark I line-up "Hard Road To Midnight", "Lost In The City" and of course "I Don't Wanna Die".
6.) The whole amount of the songs gets directly to the band! No share to Steve Jobs or other companies, just a direct connection between artist and fan. You pay less, we get more. Support your favorite artist!
